that's what i'd like to know is should i stay under 100 to keep from getting a felony bust.

anything over 99 plants turns federal and is a minimum of 5 or ten years in jail i believe its five.

One single plant is a FEDERAL felony. It is also a STATE felony in ALL 50 states unless you are medical. If you are over your medical limit: felony.

The number 99 numbers signifies the threshold for Mandatory Minimum Sentences in FEDERAL court. 100 or more plants = 5 years MINIMUM. 1000 plants = 10 years to LIFE!!! (Source: NORML)

i am going legal. my wife gotta card. i'm cuttin back to the 15 plant threshold.

Growing cannabis is not a felony in all 50 states. In Wyoming for instance, one could have ten thousand plants and it would still be a state misdemeanor - a major federal felony, but still a state misdemeanor.
