[Max Yields]

I was wondering about the growing laws in Illinois...

I know that it is up to 1 year plus fines & probation for a first time offender up to 5 plants. To me that sounds pretty damn good.

If anyone from Illinois or from anywhere else for that matter, knows the exact details of this such as if the plants are in veg. or flowering etc., you know, those pesky lil' details they like to fuck growers with...please chime in. I'm thinking it might be worth moving there with those laws.

Thanks for the input WelderDan...but I already knew that much about the law. I'm asking about the specific details such as whether they are talking about in veg.? flower? plant size? What do they go by? Is something being left out? You know...details. You know what I mean, that stuff. Thanks anyway for your response.

edit: Let me try to make things clearer.
If I can get a pound off each plant under enough wattage, pot size, etc., then wouldn't my yield be enough to serve fed time?? It doesn't make sense to me. 5lbs is illegal in a non-med state regardless, so how could 5 plants carry that penalty if you will end up with a good few pounds of dried product?? I'm a bit confused as to how the law works exactly. If police come into your home & find 5 plants that at harvest can potentially have 5lbs on them combined still on the plant, then how can it be a misdemeanor if your holding onto 5lbs of cannabis??

Wouldn't the law being the bastards out to fuck us as they are, charge you as having 5lbs, or even both, possession & combined cultivation charges?!? It just sounds too good to be true out there, & I just can't help shake the feeling that I'm missing something, it just simply sounds too good. You know what they say about things that sound too good right.?
