When I get an email and I click reply, I have never got an undeliverable message. My belief on this is that the person who sent the email must have had a valid email address to send it from. Not sure about your email service.

I did indeed ask for help with a order I placed that I never got. Maybe it wasnt your department or your day to work. (about 6 months ago) If thats the case then I apologize.

Maybe our system is f*** up and not deliver all e-mails... don't know, but I know that OP will sort this out on the new seedboutique site
