the most professional glass company around.. Aqua u guys do amazing work.. my buddy came from Colorado and was sporting a TON of your GLASS.. lets just say.. now everyone up here wants some AQUALAB TECH GLASS.. lol

after buying a 300$ 2 person hookah.. from a smoke shop in CT called Vibrations.. that decided to rip us off by giving us a downstem that was too small.. and instead of replacing it.. we brought it back.. left it there for 3 days.. to get it back.. with BLUE PAINTERS TAPE around the downstem making it fit tight enough to test.. then when I got it home and looked at it . I found the painters tape.. and was fucking upset.. so I called and talked to them.. went down again.. and they pretty much told me to fuck off.. saying that its been TOO LONG and they cant help me!!!

the LAST TIME I BUY FROM THEM.. not to mention.. had a friend who was working with them on consignment with his hand blown work.. stop selling to them.. and he blew up on the guy saying that really your going to rip some1 off that spent 300 bucks on a hookah.. 200 on a vaporizer a month before.. 200 on a bong 3 months before.. and 7 bowls adding to 500 in the last year.. not to mention.. all the carrying cases.. and pouches.. or grinders and other accessories..

in a year period I had receipts for over 1500$ in glass and shit.. and this dude couldn't REPLACE a downstem? with the right size downstem REALLY? ive had the hookah for 2 years now.. since this happened.. haven't got to REALLY SMOKE it yet.. and its a nice piece.. I mean honestly its a nice hand blown 2 person hookah.. with nice glass mouthpieces that match and are one of a kind ..

I would post pictures but security reasons .. its just not worth it .

but I have pictures of the painters tape used to make the downstem a few millimeters thicker.. fucking scumbags.. we went back the next day after we bought the thing.. trying to trade it . we cleaned it with solvent made it brand spanking new.. kuz the hookah wouldn't hit for shit.. and he was like o well if u want to leave it ill take a look.. then he jimmyrigged something I bought from him.. that didn't work from day 1..

so, I live in South america and wanna get my hands on a nice glass.... arround here, all I see are cheap ass pieces, and not to brag, by my buds deserve something special to be toked on, any chance on getting a feedback from ALT on worlwide shipping?
