Hi guys some slight updates, the girls had their first night's sleep today so were officially into flower. I've got an electric oil heater in the grow room and it's keeping my lights off temps pretty stable, my day/night temps are 76F-66F.
The plants already look a lot better and are also looking hungry. I transplanted them and done the usual hydroton/coco/hydroton sandwich. The hydroton at the base gives great drainage and the top layer of hydroton helps out with evaporation which saves me having to water too much but more importantly stops excess salts building up in the roots from evaporation and nutrient crystallization.
Looking good in here HGO. I have two strains of SSSDH that are a little over 5 weeks in. Really excited. One of them STINKS already, and the other is really packing on the size already. HAd to pull some nanners off two that got a little too close to the bulb. Hopefully that was the only reason why. Anyway, sucks about the overfert, but with all the other bullshit going on, should have expected haha, always happens at once! You got this homey.

The beauty of the cannabis trade is that it, while providing the high risk/reward levels of any profitable illegal business, unlike most other illegal businesses is one that can be done without in any way compromising one's moral standing or principles. The provision of cannabis to the existing market is, almost uniquely among illegal business endeavors, potentially not tainted by the harm it does to others. It can be done in a completely ethical way- even if it isn't always, it can be.

The chemdog D2 and 4SD look like they're going to have some stretch on em. What are they getting feed now then? My mate has been nursing some plants back to health and found they bounced back quicker when he raised the lights far away from them.
Wow the Sour D looks awesome brother!!! for the pics
Thank you my friend, I think she is going to explode, her stem is very thick and she looks so damn good today.

Quick question for you, I see that the KT's are around 19" mark in height, how tall will they end up after stretching?
Me too, SH! The KT doesn't have a massive stretch, it's about 1.5-2 x but thats why I took measurements this run. I want to detail exactly how much they stretch for future runs. 1 has been topped and the other hasn't had any training at all.
Had a look in there today guys and all the plants are perky they look to have fully recovered from the stress, it's about time I poured them a pint of Guinness....
Looking good mate. Just curious, have you considered decreasing your fan size/changing out the fan type? I have noticed better growth and healthier looking plants ever since I did...
I used to use 20" fans similar to yours, but with that open grate design (no wind tunnel) you get lots of air spewage. Too much wind is bad for the ladies and you are losing efficiency as well. Any wind going to the sides aint goin up. If your humidity isn't dialed in (ESPECIALLY if it is low) you always find beat up fan leaves from all of the wind turbulence. You might not even notice it until you switch. I switched to smaller fans with a wind funnel and have seen noticeable improvements.
Hey guys, sorry I haven't been online much. My eyes are giving me trouble and I'm getting migraines from the computer. The girls are looking a lot better now but I'll not put up updates to I'm a bit better, the HPS lamps are killing me at the min.
