Lamp arrived with damaged cord and I had to wait to get another. Then, unit had loose connection on one bank of LEDs which went out when the light was pointing down. I'm returning it. The quality is just not there for me. YMMV HTH
PS I recently bought a Casablanca ceiling fan (made in China) for around $250, and the quality, fit, finish, and packaging was superb compared to this $500+ lamp. |

Be advised Advanced LED's guarantee isn't very good IMO. From the return instructions and RMA number email:
"Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Customers are strongly advised to insure their return shipment for the total value of the order. Any damages to lights during return shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be accepted for refund by AdvancedLEDLights.com. It is recommended to use UPS or FedEx for your return shipping, for our business hours for return shipments are 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.... Note: Damaged, broken or altered lights will not be accepted. Only "as new" products with all accessories and original packaging will be accepted for a full refund. Any order that is returned in any other condition, missing original packaging or missing components, will be (1.) charged a refurbishment fee to cover costs, or (2.) not accepted for return. Large orders over $1500 or non-stock products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The following products are considered stock items: 120w Extreme Flower (All 3w LEDs) 180w Extreme Flower (All 3w LEDs) 360w Extreme Flower (All 3w LEDs) All other products sold at AdvancedLEDLights.com are considered non-stock products." I guess this means the Diamond series are "non-stocked", and they will try to keep 20%, or $109 of my money. Since the lamp never worked, I will def dispute this with my card company if they try to screw me. I DO NOT recommend this company. I'm sure the lamps will grow plants, but the customer service and quality is bush league at best. IMO...HTH...YMMV...caveat emptor I can build my own fixture for less money and will prove it. |

Asking for pictures to prove a problem is bush league at best. Best wishes your lamp is fixed, at least they are modular and you don't have to send the whole thing in...
At this point I don't trust ANYONE'S lights. Most of these outfits are run on a shoestring out of someone's garage, and the lights are not designed by real engineers for serious use, they are designed by pimps out for a fast buck. LEDgirl proves that every time she opens her big mouth or sits at a keyboard. YMMV |

Strat, check out the Lumigrow. They are built like the proverbial tank, are of US manufacture and pull the power that they are supposed to. The 330 watt model and the "Lumibar" carry 5-year warranties, and the 165 watt unit is warrantied for 3 years. While they seem spendy, I can tell you that they are a bargain in comparison to my DIY luminaire.

Good luck with HGL service. Isn't that Cammie's outfit?
I don't trust many of them either, Lumigrow is the only one I see with no negative reports. I would be willing to bet 99% of the LED lights out there are built in China. Chinese just don't have the same quality standards, sorry. |

This is exactly when I pay with American Express when and wherever possible. Vendor has a shit return policy? AmEx will make it right.

i am using a ds200, and find the quality extremely good!!
the unit is very heavy duty, and out did my expectations. there are many positive reports of the quality of advancedledlights customer service. here is the link to my report. https://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=228516 |
