How do my Sour Diesel IBLs look?
I picked up a pack of SD IBL in 2011 and popped 5 beans. Out of the 5 I got 1 female. She's very stinky, lanky and from my limited experience she seems to be 100% sativa. All head high. The taste lingers for a few minutes after smoked from a bowl.
This will be my first SD run in my new room. She grows very fast (stretchy) compared to my other strains but I'm hoping that she will fill out by the end. Here are some pics of her @ 4 weeks: (sorry about the poor resolution) |

Yeah it does look like too much nitrogen...which causes more stretching. You should flush a bit and lower your feed until the leaf curl goes away, but I would guess that you're in for some nice buds regardless.

My best SD out of my pack is finicky as hell, took me 3 runs to get her to grow without leaf claw.
Doesnt take much either, I've had them claw up with nothing more than just fresh soil. I have found the best way to prevent this is not feed any N until after stretch and until they have rooted their pots. My keeper also doesn't look like it's going to yield shit until the last few weeks when it packs on all its weight then it really explodes into some dank nuggets. Krest, I'd say you got a good one, even tho it might not seem it right now. There are better yielding phenos with thicker branches and less stretch but they are not as good. SD IBL is one of the fussiest strains I have ever grown and it can take some work to get them right but if you do it's worth it, 1/4 of a joint and Im done. |

Hi krest
![]() Looking very good and promising according to me like pheno, it remembers me directly the "Riri" cut, same way to grow with those roundly leaves and big stretch ![]() For sure you have a good one!! I agree with the others regarding the nuts they look a bit too much, i give to the SD a really low EC level generally ![]() Looking forward to see this in 7 weeks héhé ![]() @W-L: You' d better wait untill the end before saying those bs...kikoolol^^ |

I have no idea what kind of yield I will get. I'm just hoping for some really dank smoke.
Flushing now to lower ec |
