We've come to the flip

All ladies are backed up, have been repotted, and flipped as of two days ago... Here's some shots of where they will live out the rest of their days, before making it to my pipe!

MM1, top left (slower growing, pole pheno)
MM2, bottom right (medium branching hybrid)
MM3, bottom left (quick growing, branchy, hot mama)

Blue satellite 2.2, top right (oops how'd that get in there

)

I'll get some pics of the males when they start dropping balls

looking great lou. Can you only access the room from the side you are taking pictures from? Reminds me of the walk in closet I am using now, can't wait until I can upgrade to a proper space that I can actually work it, pretty sure it is going to make a big difference. Keep it green homey.

Haha yep, I call it my hall... Long and thin. A real PITA without blumats

Lit by a 400w on the far side and a 250w over the madness

All my first run varieties have to make it through the cut here, before being moved to my main vert pod. It uses less wattage and easily outproduces this test hall here, but it's the only other space I have to work with. It still puts out the dank though

Hey JBG, I keep reading about your raves about the nightmare diesel. Hope you end up with a great cross, cause your big bertha looks like a winning half

Now onto the males...

Day 13 since they've been flipped... And it hasn't been an easy one. Flipped and put into the hall, where the power went out once and interrupted the day cycle a few nights back.

Then moved shortly after to my pod, which has day/night cycles switched.

Spent another night out in the lights while harvesting earlier as well... So 3 real wookie light cycles for these boys...

As a result of my crazy environment, two of them have shown a few pistils. My tallest, has shown a single pistil pair.

Another plant has popped 3 pistils coming out of two different buds.

Here's the best I could do to get some shots. Pistils are circled.

One plant hasn't stretched like I desired, so that male was binned too. No pistils on him, or the other two boys.

I consider these last two, extremely stress tested, and they should provide some great pollen

They are sleeping ATM, and will get moved to the rumpus room tomorrow!

If you have to buy multiple seed packs to find that "keeper", you're getting ripped off. Every female in a pack of seeds should be a keeper! We've been led to believe that lots of variation in a cross is a good thing, because some vendors would rather you buy several packs of their gear, instead of them actually doing the selections to fix that nag champa or golden clit trait themselves. For hobby growers, pheno hunting is fun. But mono-croppers who grow to pay the bills prefer a consistent product that regularly delivers the desired trait package.
