Typically soil growers use the "feed, feed, water" schedule, but most tweak it to their own needs. Follow the GO feeding chart and start at 1/2 strength and work your way from there.

How often you "water" is gonna be dependent on the size of the pot, size of the plant, amount of soil amendments, etc. I use the "lift" method of determining when they plants needed to be watered. Water and lift the pot. Lift the same pot when you know the plant needs to be watered again. You're shooting for a weight that is somewhere between those two weights.

When the plants are ready to be watered, follow the feed, feed, water method, meaning feed with your first watering, wait until plants need to be watered again, feed with your second watering, wait until plants need to be watered again, and just ph adjusted water with the third watering.

and if you feel like it after growing this way for a while, we have some pretty cool options for you in the stickies, including re-using the soil grow after grow without ever mixing it up again.

use at least the recommended amount...I double up consistently on everything but the bio bud. I use age age bloom some, plus molasses. You can/should definitely continue using the grow in the first weeks of flowering. I hardly ever use just plain water. I feel that one can always add some beneficial.

It looks like it is fish hydrolysate. A similar product would be Neptune's Harvest. There is a lot of information on the use of fish hydrolysate here. People use it as an all purpose fertilizer and as in ingredient in compost teas. Check out the organics for beginner's and the tea threads. I use it in compost tea and an all purpose fertilizer for smaller plants. I don't administer at any sort of regular intervals - just if and when needed.

the bio marine is made from squid i believe,i like to use it say once every week or so in place of the veg formula, its also pretty good as a transitional nute for the first week of flower and after transplants with the bioweed...
