Shakedown Run Day 28 Bloom

These plants are rocking. They stopped stretch right on schedule and started packing on bud. They are chow hounds as you can see. I have a little nitro curl and still less than 1 mm of tip burn so they are perfectly in the groove for greatness. The spooning in the leaves is caused by the growth rate being so fast - they will flatten more with time.

At 28 days I couldn't be more pleased - my canopy timing strategy has been a great success both with stretch and diff veg times. Some deleafing to do this week along with the second level of trellis to strap in some big buds.

FAIR WARNING to everyone thinking about buying these seeds!

I am starting the "5lbs with 1K light: The quest for 80 zips with Galactic Grape" thread in the hydro forum next week. The awareness level of this strain is about to get a big boost, specialy when folks start to see what can be done with it.

I have no idea how many seeds d420 made or what his stock level is, but I predict this strain is going to be a hot commodity very soon.

I thought the peanut gallery should have first dibs.

Shakedown Run Day 35 Bloom

Buds are packing in and smells are getting more intense. You can start to see the 3 different phenos really starting to differentiate.

Eating has slowed as the menu shifts to more PK. I ended up only putting second level trellis on pheno 1 - the tallest ones next to the wall. I'm letting the others swing in the breeze as long as possible to strengthen their stems in preparation for heavy buds.

Fan leaves that poked or shaded have been tucked or removed.

At this point, there isn't much left to do except watch the grass grow!
