Update: Shakedown Run

The shakedown run is in the cloner. I'm planning on 6 clones each of phenos 1,2 and 3. Number 3 has a 6 day lead on the other two - I'm hoping to get a nice even canopy by variable veg times on these.
I will load up a couple pix where there is something interesting to see.

Shakedown Run - Day 0 Bloom

The clones went to bloom today. They are diffent sizes because of the variable veg times. Using the data from the test run, we should end up with an even canopy at the end by doing this. They look a lil pathetic at this point, but if you have followed any of my other grows - this is normal.

5 lbs/1 K light, The Quest for 80 zips with Galactic Grape

I clipped the P4 clones for this challenge today. I will start a thread in the hydro forum at day 0 bloom. I plan to go all out on this one.

I used the big cloner to give me the best shot at 18 perfect clones to bloom.

Should be flowering out my Doggy Purps after my coco run is complete...approx. 30 days :(

Switching over to all hydro after this...so it is like a new chapter in my book. I'm also going to have to be keeping a bunch of clones in my fridge for safe keeping...as I am limiting myself to new additions to keep those faries happy. They get mad when you give them things that they don't deem to be "elite"...

Either way...

Shakedown Run Day 14 Bloom Update

Talk about explosive growth!

Hella growth for 14 days! The canopy is evening out according to plan - the varigated veg times seem to be dialed in.

As you can see, they have been eating like pigs for plants so young. When I first saw Galactic Grape grow this vigorously - I knew it was a special plant. The candy and fuel smells are already coming in as well. I expect it to hit the breaks and stop the stretch in 9 days. I plan on trellising and a selective final prune in a couple days.

Good luck with the GDP! The hydro switch will be exciting for sure. Your coco experience should bode well for you.

Between GDP and any Carpe Diem seeds you run, you won't need to worry about the name. Just show those pesky bud faries the wares - and they won't care what its called - they will just want it!

This one is the shakedown of P1, p2, and p3. The 5lbs/1k challenge will start in a couple weeks using p4. The clones are 4-5 days from topping. I'm putting it in the hydro forum on bloom day 0 for added pressure.
