Question about the Jamaican on SB
Noticed that the Blue Mountain Jamaican is now available on Seedboutique. I'm assuming this is the '85 that was used in your crosses. I've tried to read as much as possible on here about it and it sounds like a perfect sativa for me. I'm growing at 13 degrees north and I'm looking for something that will still veg out for a while, but not take too long. When I say "too long," I'm talking about a couple months to veg and another 20 weeks to flower.
From what I've read (correct me if I'm wrong), the Jamaican was taken in '85 and brought back to Spain and grown there for a long period of time. Curious to see if she'll still respond well to semi-equatorial photoperiods and tropical environments. I'm looking at the Jamaican specifically because its original environment is the closest thing to my environment as far as I can tell (tropical island). So, I guess I'm requesting any information about how she currently would grow in my environment. I know you can't tell me exactly how she'd grow because all places are different, but any information would help. All the pictures and information I've seen look very promising. Thanks. |

Hola Kamyo
Info is correct. There is plenty of info in ACE and in this room. Sorry have not other pics available right now due a hard disk crash :( Line has evolved with the time indeed, still different phenos which may help to grow well in different conditions. Its not such long line maybe 14-16 weeks, nice vigour. You will have to select a bit for best performance. Line works great as parental for other crosses, so many hairs, so many flowers and nice aromas and plant structure best luck kaiki |

Thanks, Charlie. Sounds like a great plant. Will definitely do some more reading, but it looks like something I'll pick up before she's gone.
