Whoa buddy, you're going to have to give us alot more info than that. What kind of system are you running, what are your temps like, what's the ppm/ec of your medium and what kind are you using? Are you using any additives, what kind of seeds are they. Please include some details. Thanks.

Ponics.

Hi hydro-4

the 600w is too strong for small seedlings,
place seedlings under 100-200w, or on window, or in kitchen
for seeds use a light-soil mix, or add extra perlite to normal mix
a small fan (not direct) will strengthen stems
plain water

hope this helps

Yeah you need fluro's for your seedlings. I use a single small 18w. Keep the top leaves 2-5cm away from the light at all times.

I would say that’s your seeds are stretching for the light and bend over and die. But with a 600w I don’t think that’s the case. I think your sun shine mix is to hot. Too much nutes

They stretch and get thin in part of the stem rite? Then fall over and die?

Add coco or perlite to your soil mix.

err.. it doesn't help at all!! :(

all seedlings need a light soil mix, a normal mix will kill the plants or over-feed them if you're lucky. how is adding perlite going to make the normal mix into a light mix? perlite only aerates the soil..

how are the stems going to be strengthened if the fan isn't blowing directly at the plants?!

and the prize for biggest false information spreader goes to.. you guessed it, DOCLEAF!!
