I couldn't wait a week, lol, so here are the plants four days after being transplanted to 6" pots.

MBS

Day 25

---

Z99

Day 25

---

Sweet Sativa

Day 25

As of today there are 2 confirmed females
MBS3

and

Z99a

There are some other plants showing what I'm guessing are male flowers; MBS2, Z99c & SweetSativa2.

Z99b has a tiny pre-flower but I can't guess which sex it is at this point.

MBS1, SweetSativa1 & SweetSativa3 are not showing anything at this time.

There is a little more stretch occurring but overall the daylight cfls are keeping the plants pretty stout. Still no smells on the plants at this time.

---

Here's a condensed list of confirmed sexes, guesses & no shows.

MBS1 - Nothing
MBS2 - Male (guess)
MBS3 - Female (confirmed)

Z99a - Female (confirmed)
Z99b - Showing but can't tell
Z99c - Male (guess)

SweetSativa1 - Nothing
SweetSativa2 - Male (guess)
SweetSativa3 - Nothing

jcUK is on a distinguished road
Whoa there, I can't see any pistils on these 'females' yet.

I have grown from seeds, seen the same pre-flowers you can and the damn plants turned out to be male!!!

Lets see a picture with some pistils before we confirm any sexes

There are pistils in the pictures, they're just hard to see.

I never confirm a female until I see a pistil.

On the MBS3 the pistil is coming out of the left pre-flower (its harder to see because of the contrast, or lack of). On the Z99a the pistil is coming out of the right pre-flower (I can see it easily in the picture posted).

i can see a little pistil coming from the premature calyx on the second pic ,(maybe even 2)?
its not that hard to diferentiate even at this stage ,
the males 'pre flower' is on a stalk ,
the female is a premature calyx ,,
looks like mr blynx has some good eyes ,
nice observation man ...

Here are the plants at the end of week 4.

MBS

Day 28

---

Z99

Day 28

---

Sweet Sativa

Day 28 & 33

It looks like MBS2 is a female and not a male. I have to wait to get pics, I could barely see the pistil through a 10x loupe.

Z99b is also looking like it's a female, but same thing, the pre-flower is too small to take a picture of at this time.

Here are the plants at the end of week 5.

MBS

Day 35

---

Z99

Day 35

---

Sweet Sativa

Day 35 & 40

There are still 2 Sweet Sativa that haven't shown their sex, but all the rest of the plants have.

Here's how the plant's sexed out so far;

MBS - 3 females (MBS1, MBS2 & MBS3)

Z99 - 2 females (Z99a & Z99b), 1 male (Z99c)

Sweet Sativa
- 1 male (Sweet Sativa 2), 2 unknown (Sweet Sativa 1 & Sweet Sativa 2)

When running plants from seed I like to leave them grow as natural as possible the first run, so I don't top the plants, and I take clones from the very bottom of the plant.

I will be taking clones soon, and throwing the males into flower to get the pollen flowing.

The females will be put into flower in about a week and a half when room opens up under the HPS.
