The beans were a gift from Old Hand who received it from someone in northeastern Colombia. These seeds are authentic and the plant is reminiscent of the buds that used to get imported into the US.

We germed the beans to select our favorite phenotypes and the beans that are available right now are F2 generation.

The Colombian Black is slightly different from the Colombian Gold. We think that the Colombian Black may have been worked with by the locals (by possibly introducing other haze strains into the gene pool). For example, we've found the Black to be more vigorous and we've had phenotypes that grew very well indoors under HPS. The Colombian Gold would not be able to withstand those conditions.

Ive grown some wicked columbian gold under hps, some of the best herb ive ever smoked to tbh, ive got you black on to do list to see how she compares, il probs grow them along side my golden tiger and dtc99 for next crop.

Just wanted to clarify- those beans were gifted to me and Medic via oldhand. Then used by GG for projects but not trying to get into that bs. Same with NYC HP13 that was gifted from me to Medic- were f2's made of those?

seems gage has a habit of claiming others work and or credit. i cant find one without controversy. are the colombians even actual landraces or watered down n marketed to the people looking for them?
