Adding subtitles to a video - Computers - International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums

Hey Guys,
so I basically have finished everything. I got a 40 minutes long documentary (in .avi) which I wrote german subtitles for. The subtitles are contained in a .txt file.

Anyone got a suggestion on how I can merge the avi and subtitle so that I can get just one videofile + subtitles?

An easy (and free) way is to use VirtualDub + VobSub + some converter from txt to sub format. Google 'em its easy enough
