i would start with your pH.
what is the pH of your water? what is the pH of your runoff?? start there, then when you get your pH stabilized, wait about a week for signs of recovery/deficiency. more info would help diagnose your troubles. what kind of soil? how much and what have they been fed? how often?

Im leaning more towards a mag def. Notice how the chlorosis starts from the leaf tips going inward.
The affected leaves and stem coloring looks too light to be a Phosphorus def IMO EDIT: Oh yeah,....Definately not a calcium def, as the new growth looks good. More than likely its a Ph issue. Check the pH and let us know Last edited by Getawaymonkey!; 02-21-2006 at 09:38 PM.. |

Same thing u use in your bath to relax Wal-Mart’s health section 5 bucks
I would use Cal-max from your local hydro shop. Calmax has more then just MG in it and will help. I find plants suck up the Epson fast and then u may run into more problems ![]() Last edited by Fat Puta; 02-25-2006 at 06:23 AM.. |

Thanks for the posts everyone.
I will pick up some Calmax and a ph tester tommorrow. Cab: 30x20x72 - LxWxH Light: 400W HPS Fan: 6" Vortex, 4" muffin Soil: promix, perlite, vercumulite. Temps: 75-80*F The first picture of my one (sick?) sour bubble. The second is of one of the plants that hasnt shown the first problem. The last pic is a leaf, of the problem with most of them. he doesnt have a magnseium def at all
its either a phosphprus def or ph issue here can you answer these questions please? are you using soil or hydro? what ph is your soil or hydro setup? if your using soil what mixture or brand is it? what water temps if you are growing hydro? what are your ppms or EC? what nutes are you using how much and how often? what part of the plant is affected? what size pots are these plants in and how big are they if growing in soil? seeds or clones? Strain or Strains? lighting and wattage and distance from the plants? temps/humidity? how often are you watering?
