No.

Unless:

- Your father is Mr. X.

or

- You have bionic legs.

Why can't I? Reasons LED's run at half-wattage is for longevity.

Let's say my 10w diode is a bucket of black powder. I could either roll up the blackpowder and make a sparkler ( Like running a 10w diode at 5w ) or I could pack it in a shell and make bomb ( Like running a 10w diode at 10w).

Oh and no matter how hard you scrub, you can't polish a turd, good luck brave warrior, your at the forefront of the war against HIDfghanistan.

Grow on!

Waste of time. The LEDs would need to change also since they probably use generic LEDs that do not have the efficiency as better quality LEDs.

The only useful thing in a Chinese lamp is the "Light Engine" MCPCB.

God bless the Chinese and their cheap labor, but quality is just not there yet. Once they do become better at making a quality product, the price goes up and manufacturing comes back to the U.S., but thats another story all together.
