I AGREE

Started 4 purple mexican seeds, one on the 26th and three on the 28th. All 4 germinated and are above soil or soon will be. I don't intend to veg these for more than two weeks then into flower. Haven't decided if I will grow in coco hempy or bottom feed coco.

Boy what an exciting picture, huh? I'll update weekly during veg, unless something odd happens and at least that often in flower. Thanks, see you in a week.

I am a small time personal grower reduced to growing in tents, and can't complain even though I miss bigger ops. This is my 22nd consecutive year indoor under lights, but only about one year into coco. I've done most every medium at one time or another, but mostly 50:50 perlite:vermiculite drip tables.

Taco Bell is about as low on the Mexican food totem pole as you can get, BUT it's cheap AND bad for you. what more can you ask for?

Purple Mexican is Fem seed from Canna BioGen, here's their description.

Real F1 Between a pure quick old Mexican Oaxacan female isolated pheno and the classic Pakistan Chitral Kush (PCK). Oaxacan donates the lime green leafes, more branchy structure, clearer heady effect and a complex and fresh herbal and menthol aromas while Chitral contributes to temperate the hybrids adding ocassionallysome of their colorfull straits while improving yields and flavours.

Finishes in around 9 weeks. Limited Release. Fem only version.

Oh I see it's a limited edition fem only kinda thing.

A true F1 hybrid of two different landrace strains which still sounds practical for indoors. Very cool! Looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

Now I read past the photos in the first post too...

Nothing wrong with being a personal grower. It's a very fine hobby indeed if you ask me.

I've had good experiences with bottom feeding pots but that was with soil and the plants were tomatoes. No experience with coco or hempy buckets. Bet that helps a lot haha! Seems like hempy would be more work for the grower but it's the kind of work that can be automated so...
