'53, trust me the 60s weren't that awesome...

'cept for the weed, patchouli oil, acid, long hair, bellbottoms, rock music, and the youth i convince myself i still have...oh, and the girls, and my first car, and the girls, and FM radio, waterbeds, woodsies (kegs), and the girls...girls are still first (lanky, topheavy, perfumed girls...)

Happy 40th, you soon to be miserable old bastard...

I peaked at 50 - it's all downhill from here...

The 60's were pretty cool - here in Canuckada it was nice, Expo '67 was big deal.

Too young to remember JFK dying - but Bobby and MLK are vivid.

Moon landing, '72 Oympics, 72 Canada/Russia hockey all imprinted on brain.

Jimi, Janis, Jim...

First high early 70's - I liked it, alot...

Anyone welcome here - it's a state of mind...

I remember the sixties. I graduated from high school in 66, went in the army in 67 went to germany in 68 and the rest is history. discovered hash while I was stationed in Germany. This was before piss tests, drug dogs and the lifers had no clue. Yeah I remember the sixties. maybe just not so much the last year.

I think the "60s" sort of ran from about '65 to '75. Yes, I remember JFK being murdered. I was just out of high school. Turned into a kind of political hippie a couple of years later. First sex, first smoke, etc. "It was the best of times and the worst of times" and so forth. I remember with fondness, regret, and disappointment. I feel like my generation failed in its most ambitious goals. And I just signed up for social security.
