I have planned to move out west, but my plans have changed. I have heard growing in FL is not a good thing. So i'm stuck between selling this whole setup or learning more about growing conditions in S. FL.

What i purchased is a linked two tent setup, Secret Jar. Darkroom 2 4x4 with a Dark propagator. Humidity digital meters with temp. Phat carbon, with two fans, one for light one for tent's. I have a 600 watt
sealed hood, with a digilux ballast. 600 watt 2700 sun pulse bulb. I also have 400 watts of PL-L rapid start ballast. 3 total two 96watts x2 ech and a x2 55watt. I have all my nutes, and de humidifier. I could setup what i have, and start now. I'm going to list it on C-list for sale. See if i get any bites.

What im asking, will this small complete system draw allot of attention if i decide to setup in FL. What do i need to look out for?

For a base. I would consider the following the rule. 1000W/bedroom. So in a 3 bedroom house you could run 3000w. I would probably have 2000w for flower and the rest divided up between veg and the other odds and ends(fans, timers, pumps etc....)

Although you seem to be aware. Florida is not a state to fuck around in. What you need to look out for is people that will rob you, cops that will rob you, and ending up in jail for a long time.

It's not hard to find a landlord who lives out of state in Florida. Since so many people bought homes as investments down there. Also, most of the nicer houses will have central ac which is pretty sweet. A house with a garage is a must.

Florida is a fucking headache. With mandatory minimum sentences, your whole life can get turned upside down real quick. Your setup sounds like a personal setup, which is good. Stay way under the MMS guidelines. Even over 20g is a felony.

thxs man, with those laws, its just not worth it. im going to list the setup on c list. I will move west one day.

well your setup is pretty small so i wouldn't worry about that drawing attention.
if you live alone in a house and never have people over its pretty do-able. you can't have people over and have good stuff and also have a bedroom door always closed.
you will for sure have interest on cl, but people low ball so expect that. also expect some shady characters...good luck mate

Yep, i have it priced 50% of cost not one reply. I will jst sit on it all, and move west on day.
