Just wanted to check in on a final flavor report. Of the two phenos I had (the 3rd is actually far away but with a friend, he'll send me some samples when done) the first one was my favorite for flavor. After a long cure it didn't have much stink or odor at all, was almost grassy smelling. But flavor wise it was a real surprise. I know there is a Hash Berry strain out there but the first one I had if I was blindfolded I would name hashberry. There wasn't much questioning of the taste of this one, all testers came to the same conclusion, yummy hash berry surprise. Very smooth and definitiely leans towards sativa in affects.

The second one had a real hazy smell dominated by pine. It really stinks and is a two bag strain in terms of hiding the odor. I've waited to write a taste review of this one cause I didn't flush it right the first time. This was the fastest plant I've seen in terms of one day being all white haired and 5 days later being 70% red haired. This one tasted like nutes to me. A bit harsh, so I'm giving it a 2nd try and full flush to get a true flavor profile. While this was the short one the first time shes a massive beast this time. The smell is awesome and if the taste is even half awesomeness of the smell it's a winner in my book.

This second one I've flushed for about 10 days now and will take to at least 14 days. Heres a sneak peak:

I have one at 4 weeks with similar color as yours. I'm in love with the smell, my pheno puts off a red Skittle smell that is delicious and outstinks the lavender by a long shot. Truly impressed with DG's work.

After months of curing now and testing throughout I overall recommend this strain. The pluses to me are fast and vigorous growth and solid purple color. The taste wasn't all that great in the end. 1/3 phenos had a taste i like (the fruitier one) with hints of grape. I'd also give a thumbs up to yield. Seems like a fun plant to use in some home made crosses too. I'd think any indica dom male dumping his junk on this one would make some great babies. Great job overall and I'd definitely grow DGS again.
