Cannabis does cause Paranoia and makes peoples mental health worse.
Cannabis causes this not in the people who use the drug, but in other people.
It is a condition know as Cannabis Related Acquired Paranoia by Proxy. Or C.R.A.P.P. some times called ""CANNAPHOBIA""

There going a little crazy with new law's was only recently they introduced near zero tolerance on DD .

Why do we not do a "Field sobriety tests" if a person is suspected of drink under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

New legislation was drafted into the Road Traffic No. 3 Bill. in the new year.

In the Republic the Gardaí now have the powers to conduct American style roadside sobriety drink/drug driving tests.

Fail the roadside test and it's off to the station to wait for the Doc to take a blood test.

The Act provides for the amendment of existing legislation, in advance of the lowering of the drink driving levels, so that a driver who, in the opinion of a member of the Garda Síochána, has consumed intoxicating liquor, will be required to give a preliminary breath specimen. The Act also provides for mandatory testing where a driver has been involved in a road traffic collision where injury has been caused.

Later this year we will see the introduction of the new lower drink driving limit. The limit will be reduced from the current level of 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood to 20 milligrams for learner, novice and professional drivers and 50 milligrams for other drivers.

At the same time we will also see the introduction of roadside preliminary impairment testing. This will give the Garda Síochána powers to perform certain tests to assist them in forming the opinion as to whether the driver of a mechanically propelled vehicle is under the influence of an intoxicant.

An intoxicant can be prescription drugs, weed or alcohol.

Why only where injury is caused?

Why not in all cases where there has been a road traffic collision ?

I've heard the Social Welfare minister Joan Burton refer to people on social welfare as "recipitants" and an agriculture minister talking at length about "hectaters"!
These illiterate fucking cretins are a part of our government, FFS!
And as for that bulgy-eyed gargoyle Shortfall, the ugly cµnt is still puking the "ReeferMadness" shite that had thinking people pissing with laughter when first shown nearly a century ago . . .
