Mail carrier in my last place was a fairly nice-looking lady, I can imagine she's got a few admirers on that route

Finally got around to germing three of these. All of them popped and one has shown female pre-flowers. It is the most attractive of the three thus far (branching, smell, size) the other two aren't branching out at all, pretty much look like they've been lollipoped which isn't what I'm looking for. Of course if they are females I will grow them out and try a reveg if the smoke is nice.
Pics to follow sometime this weekend.

well i popped the rest of my pack (13 seeds) on the first full moon of the year (jan 4th i believe)
of those, 7 are still alive today. most of them sprouted tap roots a few of them never broke the soil, and a more still died shortly thereafter.
the ones that made it are still in beer cups to see if any of them have the rootbound autoflower trait. none of them are flowering yet so that looks good, but none of them have reached maturity yet either.
i want them to get a little bit taller before i flower them, the height range is 10~15cm and i want them to get up to at least 20+cm as from my previous grow they didn't stretch all that much.
they have a distinct olfactory signature which i cannot describe other than 'damn that smells like weed'

Too bad your germination mortality was so high. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.

i moved these into my 'flower' tent yesterday but on a 20/4 light schedule so i can get them to stretch a bit more before flipping them to 12/12.
they were severely rootbound in the 16oz beer cups i had them in and none of them were showing signs of autoflower, so that is good.

my flower tent is a 4x4 vert with a no till bed SIP (sub-irrigated plater) built in it.
pics to follow when it gets 'interesting'

just checked on the plants and 3 of 7 are showing pre-flowers, all males thus far.
good thing this is a seed run, but i'm hoping the rest are females.
