1st time rez gear! chem BX2 germ?

this will be my 1st party with rez's gear and I'm excited!
i got a pak of chem 4D and chemdog BX2s,

so I started them last week and I have 5 Chem4Ds popped
and in soil.
but only 1 of the chem BX2 is up in soil, 90% germ on rate on both
but once they crack the hull they are very slow to push tails out.
anyone else experience this with the CBX2s?
now if I read this right, the BX2s are older seeds from an earlier project...yes?

btw whats the main difference tween the Chemdog BX2s and the other chemdogs?
and whats the D4 stand for?
sorry if all this is common knowledge but to the new guy...
rez has sooo many things in the past few years its not easy unless your a follower of his work.

Oh.. I also snared a lone pack of his KQK that surfaced out of nowhere after it was sold out for weeks at the bay.
after seeing the KQK grow brotherindica did in the sticky posted in the opening page I had to have it!

I had 5 crack in only 12 hours in reg H20. Put them into rapid rooters and 4 are up about 2 inches with the first set of real leaves and the other one had trouble getting its head up, so I helped and broke off one of the button leaves, don't know if it will make it..

Still more KQK on seedbay now, like 2 packs I think on the last page. I would grab em but I already have several of his strains right now.

From the chemdog 4d I had 4/4 and from the chemdog bx2 also 4/4,
at last from each strain a very nice female and I´m absolut happy with them.
100% germ quote and healthy little stinkers, very nice strains...

yes, 10 of each, all but 1 C-D4 seeds germed(cracked the hull),
6 sprouted tails long enough(1/8") to put in soil, 4 are up and look great
all but 2 C-BX2s germed, 3 went to soil with tails and 1 is up and looks great!
after a while they all go into soil tails or not, I don't like keeping them in paper towels too long.
they are kept in mid 70s temps day, nite--low 60s.
soil is FFOF, the ones up have greened up very nice.
anyone else done up any of the BX2s that became available around mid summer? and how did they do?
weren't these chemdog BX2s from an earlier project? so they may have a few years age on them??
same with the chemdog 4Ds, these are not from current projects like the chemdog IBL...yes?

this is how I do my seeds usually..
24-48hrs in water and they all cracked the shell,
then into wet paper towels until tails sprout about 1/8"...
a day or two...then into soil.
after 3-4 days the rest go into soil regardless.

I'd like to get more than 40%-C-D4s @ $148 a pak
and 10% C-BX2s...
of course all I need is 1 keeper and 1 good male to breed with.
maybe more will break the soil, Ive seen seeds pop weeks later.

sounds as if your excitement has accelerated time for you...take a breath...exhale.

5 ml. AgroBio Humic Acid
5 ml. Hydrogen Peroxide
15ml. H2O
plus a couple drops of Superthrive...

scuff your seed and then soak in this solution until they sink...plant directly into your preferred container/medium. should have appearance of cotyledons in 24 hours.

4/4 chemdog ibl using this method.

good luck, and good growing!
