Nice to see that im not alone with 250w hps.
Normaly i keep 1-3 plant and use scrog (i think that 250w is made for scrog)
normaly vegged 2-3 weeks.
dont have too much space for growing only 90x60x180cm closet.
setup is homemade hydro 250w hps with cooltube and couple computer fan.

i think that you will easly get 2 oz just dont worry with you plants and they will do nice.

250's can produce decent results. I say this is the perfect light for a small personal grower. The best way to use a 250 is to have about 4 plants in a 2x2 space. Scrog or LST plants and this will give you maximum yield for a 250. If done right each plant can yield 1-1 1/2 ounces per plant in a Scrog. I've done 4 grows under mine and I average about a 1/2 ounce per plant in 1 gallon pots(small plants). I plan on doing a Scrog for now on to up my yields. 250's produce little heat and plants can be kept as close a 5-6 inches from the bulb with proper ventilation. Light penetration is pretty weak for a 250 though. Anything lower then 12 inches imo is not worth having a budsite. This is why Scrog is best because all buds are kept in the intense light range. I plan on doing a perpetual grow under two 250 watt HPS's soon. I should be able to pull a QP per month once things get going good. That is plenty of smoke for me and thensome.

I use a C-13 cab and a 250hps with a cool tube and a 160cfm dayton and homemade SWC/DWC hydro system. With the cool tube my plants can get within about 2 inches of the light with out burning, I think a 250hps works best with a scrog.My yields are about 2 1/2 to 3 oz per plant depending on the strain.

Creeptic the white widow from Nirvana stretch allot you should consider doing a scrog or get ready for a lot of tying down, 2 oz with 2 plants is easily obtainable, let them go 9 weeks flower and you'll have some superb smoke

Mr propper that is a fine piece of work much respect, what was the dry weight on that monster

yo snowdog - you have any pics of the 250 cooltube? Is that a homeade or store bought? I 've never seen one for a 250.

Using a 250 in a vert scrog setup you can pull as much as 8.96 z...4 CherryBombII plants. Next goal is to hit 10 z using the same set up.
