I think this guy is in northern Ca somewhere. He claims in the video that the Feds and local cops did a compliance check on his garden, took NOTHING and left. I find it hard to believe that the feds did this. Me thinks he will be getting a return visit from the feds at least. This dude has an ass load of plants, but less than 99. he shows them in the video.
