Placed 8 seeds from the v3 pack by SOTF420 in soil 4 days ago...7 have broken through to date...the first 1 only took 2 days to show and then it has been a prosession since

The ones with peely skin are always Sweet Tooth, don't be surprised if the God's Gift cross takes a little bit longer to pop it's seedling/veg genetics are not as fast as the Swt #4, that is until they go into bloom then they seem to be in a rush

The V3 mix packs also got the very very last of the Hawaiian Snow F1 cross, the seeds are a bit lighter and small (just the Sativa genetics) but they all had very high % of salad topper poppage in testing that is for eating only of course!

welcome fellas...i hope you enjoy as i do with your grows.

All 8 have sprouted now...so in 4half days all made it out...even the forbidden fruit which SOTF mentioned may need extra work to help germ (i read that after planting the seeds and was concerned but all good).

How I germinate my seeds
I use foam cups 375ml in size fill with moist premium potting mix...plant the seeds 3-4mm down in the potting mix and cover making sure no bits of bark etc will obstruct the seedling...spray with plain water with a spray bottle so not to upset the soil and float the seed out of it...place the cups in a mini greenhouse and place on a heat mat set at 25 degrees C...been winter here atm i have the fire going and room temps average 26-28 degrees C...the seeds do the rest of the work.

I like your seed sprouting method. I've always preferred sprouting seeds directly in soil, although I don't need to use a dome in my area. I've used other methods like the trusty paper-towel, but I've always gotten my best success with direct-to-soil.

Way to go Westg! I'm going to wait a bit before getting my mix pack going, only because the seeds are more rare than the pure SWT4 seeds, and I haven't had a garden going in about a year. Just in case I make a big brain fart and fuck something up, I don't want to do it when I only have a few seeds of a partcular strain. I'll be doing my first grow with the pure SWT4...got me 17 of those babies. First grow shouldn't be too much longer now, danger of hot days is dimishing, and I'm very close to purchasing my tent stuff.
