I'm so stoked to be getting back into Steve's grear, thanks to SOTF420 for Swt#4 IBL and another breeder for the Blockhead F2 (released just two days ago, and it's from F1 open pollination!!)

Soon come I will do a 'SOL' grow in a journal, I can't wait to try those organic salad toppers SOTF420!!

I haven't grown Sweet Tooth or Blockhead for ages ... I'm drooling like Pavlov's dog!

This is an open pollination of the finest examples of Blockhead chosen from over 50 original SOL plants. The top 9 females and top 9 males were used in order to limit any bottlenecking of this remarkable strain. All females are sensational yielders with rock hard buds and the famous BH stone. They vary in flavor (from lightly citrusy to full on rotten grapefruit, diesel fuel), color (from lavender, maroon, to full on purple) and type of high (ranging from relaxing and giggly to disorienting and trippy). My reasons for buying so many F2s are to find P19 pheno, that is, strains of Blockhead cultivar that exhibit what Seuss (breeder of P19) referred to as a P19 identifier (i.e., upward pointing small leaflet next to petiole). P19 is the mother of Blockhead F1, the parent that gives Blockhead the up/racy/in-your-face high.

If I don't find P19 phenos (strains) in the Blockhead F2 generation, I will open pollinate the best 15 or 20 females and the best 15 or 20 males. Then I will look for P19 pheno (strains) in the F3 generation.

My goal is to create a line of Blockhead with fixed P19 traits, such as the incredibly unique high. I plan to (attempt) to use my (untested) methodology to create doubled-haploid strains of Blockhead with the P19 identifier, and use those to create (nearly) 100% stable progeny in one cross. Such a method can essentially make an IBL in a single cross! No need for F5, F6, S4, yada-yada-yada.

That project to create stable Blockhead line of P19 pheno is just for personal gratification and to test methods for doubled haploid breeding. I do not plan to sell them but I will put some at the 'bay for the ICmag server fund; however, I won't be able to even start working with the seeds for at least 6-10 months. I do plan to hire out my services, if I am able to perfect a method to create doubled haploid Cannabis spp. plants.

Good luck m8...will be good to see a SOL garden again...myself I have gotten back the SWT#4 very big thanks to Sotf420

for that, n found some LUI n Blockhead f2's around the place (mayb same source as you?)...for me it will be like going back to 2001 again
