Yo need skills in diplomacy, tact, and an inert love for cannabis ,, a keen eye for a troll, the under-age, abusive language, and an alter-ego that makes you look nasty even though you aren't. a thick shell for all the haters helps also. and btw those good folk dont get paid ****! they just good people
