Flooded my tent on week 7 of flower, please help?

Ok so I installed a drip system and knew I was going to have issues getting it dialed in. Well run 2 flooded my tent with 1" of water. I've used a 1/8"-1/4" hose for cyphoning(syphoning....sorry bout spelling). Well I'm running vertical and they are well into the net. After 12hrs I now have algae buildup (a lot, like coi pond status) and I'm about to towel up what I can. Also moving the plants is like a LAST RESORT. Here is what i need help on ICMAG...

1-Best, if any, way to clean/sterilize tent floor without hurting the flowering plants?

2-Best way to prevent and/or be prepared for this?

Thanks in advanced. Here are a few pictures to help you understand

After you get the water up I would use White vinegar and water to clean it up. Bleach would be my first choice if you could get the plants out. Good luck and growing to ya

Physan 20 is what you want imo... Very flexible with mixing ratios, so you can use it to clean the area real proper, and in a different concentration, can use it to sterilize the plants themselves.

Wow! Thank you everyone for the advice. I just toweled it all up, with 5 min to spare before light went off. I will get to the cleaning part when light comes back on. I forgot all about the Sham-Wow! I honestly think a wet/dry shop-vac would have been best. I used to strip and wax floors. It's amazing what those things pick up and how quickly they do it. Thanks again, and I'll let you know how cleaning goes.
