Hard mode is a bit intimidating.

I prefer reg mode.

When did you decide to make the jump from reg to hard? Did you go medium first?

Thanks.

What works for some people will not work for others. That is why there are so many different growing techniques and styles. Whatever you are doing is obviously not working though, which is the point we are trying to get across as for some reason you seem to be overjoyed with the results you are getting.

Tomorrow I'm leaving out of town for the next week or so. I'm not going to be looking after the plants at all. I'm confident the plants will do well. They just need a strong watering before I go. No nute feeding.. just water.

We'll see what happens.

Hey Crush, was wondering if all the vids on youtube under the name- "TheGrowDude" r urs? Im no expert but i think u have got ur grow techniques mixed up or somethin coz u say to get dense nugs u gotta trim the nute burnt leaves off around buds. U gotta take a step back n think about wat ur sayin n doin to ur plants coz sum of us arent lucky enough to have genetics like that, only to turn around n treat em like shit. Anways good luck hope things get beta

Um, they are not cactus.... You should water your plants once or twice a day. If unable too... get a drip feeder set up. If you can't do either of the above... Don't GROW. Show your plants more respect and love.

lmao, I'm no elite grower by any means, but I can keep a plant green...

I posted some links to help you out bro, but it seems like I ruffled a few feathers instead

Either way if you're not having to water for 12+ days, that tells me your plants aren't feeding and drinking. Most likely, they're locked out, and now they just sit in the damp medium and are becoming overwatered on top of the other issues... Just do some reading bro. All you could ever want to know about feeding regimes and grow styles are already posted here...

And just because you seem so interested...

I use a coco/perlite mix

3 part GH nutes, cal-mag+, and drip clean

During flower it's a 1-2 ratio of micro to bloom and 4-6 ml/gal of calmag+ and the recommended dose of drip clean to keep those salts down... Haven't used a ph or ppm meter for a few years now, I just play it by ear and listen to the plants...

Cheers bro, it never hurts to aim a little higher and shoot for healthier, better looking plants. I'm sure you will find the smoke that much more rewarding too.

Chin up and smoke some more reefer

And this has nothing to do with the genetics and everything to do with the grower. I say this not to bash you, but your grow skills are terrible and that is why your plants looks this way as well. I looked at your videos and I would not even bother growing if my plants looked like that.

I get 1-3 keepers a pack for the past 2 1/2 years of almost everything I have grown. I have had 6-8 bad packs out of easily thousand + seeds.

I see so many people say you don't get many keeper plants from seed and it has nothing to do with the genetics and everything to do with the grower.

I read and heard so much bad information and advice from some of your youtube videos and this thread that I hope you will quit giving advice to others until you learn how to properly grow. Especially since a lot of people do this for their lively hood.

For instance you are working on a soil that holds a lot of water? LOL Why work on something that is the complete opposite of what you want when growing in soil? You watered only 3 times the whole grow?

....

A couple of examples:

You don't flush your plants in organics in literal terms. You time the nutes you put into and organic mix do be used up depending on the flowering time of the plant you have. 50-60-70 day mixes. If you are supplementing with teas then you simply quit feeding them and this will make them consume all the nutes until they are gone and it will yellow and all leaves with be falling off.

You can't 'flush' anything organic...it is there in the soil and not going anywhere. It isn't hydro or CoCo...

Why would you be happy about such great water retention? It's a good sign of a terrible mix. Your plants need to be in extremely airy soil and not something so thick it retains water for long periods of time.

There is a whole host of issues caused by having poorly aerated soil. MJ roots love oxygen and especially in soil which is the thickest medium you grow in. You want an extremely light mix not a thick one.

In a thick mix you get these problems and many more:

1. You impede the ability of roots to absorb nutrients SUBSTANTIALLY when your soil is to thick.

2. You not only impede nutrient absorption with a thick medium, but also root growth! The most important thing that effects the plants throughout its entire life cycle is root growth!!!!!!

3. Thick soil = lockout, shitty yield, and plants that look like yours galore.

4. Nanners. The above 3 will lead to serious stress on the plants resulting in a myriad of problems including nanners.

I can't believe you have stressed your plants to the point you have and do not have nanners. Props to GHS on this. You are proving how much you can beat the shit out of plants and they still won't die. Your house looks nice, but man I really hope you have no yard or pay someone to take care of your grass, if there is anything but sand left.

5. Poor plant structure with weak stems and stretchy growth. Strong roots = strong plants in every aspect. From stems, full branches, to the number of flowering sites for buds. Root base affects it all. What happens to the roots from the time the plant is germinated from seed to harvested has an incredible affect on the entire plant. Fuck it up in the first week and it will hurt it for the entire grow.

6. Poor yield. As a result of not only retarded root growth, but stifled nutrient uptake your plants are going to yield like garbage compared to even a mediocre grow.

No you don't...Terrible advice. You reveg as a last resort especially if you are inexperienced. Clones should be taken in veg for best results for a multitude of logical common sense reasons. 15 days max for flowering after that you will be revegging and risking losing what could be a 1 in 1000 plant...

Again this is because you have absolutely no clue how to grow. Not being mean just giving you the truth and I have plenty of video to base this fact off of.

If I get caught by the cops they count as full plants so I don't like to have more than 6-10 plants going at once. I could get my whole home taken away from me if I have too many plants.

I only clone if the plant has proven itself and will go through the long process of revenging and cloning. Many people do this.

I need to lab test a plant and see what it has in it to see if it's worth it.

It's funny this one guy grew out Mr. Nice or Rez. One of the Greenhouse haters. He then he got it lab tested and it came out at 10% and then he said how disappointed he was at the outcome because he thought the bud was so good. He actually thought growing from seed he was going to get 15% like most of the cali clones. Keep in mind that it's a 50% strength difference. I personally think 10% if very good from seed.

It's possible to hit 15% from seed, but you'd have to grow out a LOT of pheno's and wait to get lucky. Hitting 20% is possible, but very rare. Even the owner of a testing kit says he sees it, but it's very rare. I think a God Bud clone hit a legit 20%.

And no. Buying God Bud seeds does not mean you're going to hit 20%. Hell no. Stand in the 7-12% line with everyone else.

Then of course there's the typical people who blame the grower for everything. These guys thing that it's the herb isn't 15%, then it's all the growers fault.

They think that any plant they grow is dank herb because THEY grew it... of course.. these guys never seem to send in their bud for a lab test so I guess their mainly blowing hot air
That whole post is bullshit. I won't even bother on commenting why lol. Take anything you think you know about potency and stop treating it as fact. It is clear you have internet access and that is about as far as it goes when comes to knowledge about cannabis much less potency. I'll go ahead and throw quality genetics in the lack of knowledge mix as well.

Ok at this point of your thread I no longer believe this is a serious thread. You have to be joking and this cannot be real. You cracked them yourself? LOL

Sounds like you killed the seeds /shrug You have no business growing MJ much less a HAZE variety. You need to start with quick finishing indicas 45-55 days like bogbubble or something because you'd be lucky to make it the first day in veg doing things right much less 100 days flowering...

On 40's scale of 10, these grows sit about at a level 2. The plants are alive and that's about it. If this were my level of growing skills I would not give any advice to anyone else period. This is too important to too many people. Treat it as if lives were at risk...

You sound like a happy go lucky (probably very sheltered) kind of person on the video and from your own words fear arrest...Realize that you are a slim minority in this pool and the majority rely on this for their lively hood whether it be financial or medicinal. Which makes advice even as little as telling people to cut off nute burned leaves for better yield is advice given by someone with a serious lack of knowledge on growing and could be detrimental to others.

Sorry, someone needs to correct all the bs in your thread for the good of others and tell you the truth about things.

I suggest you read this:

https://www.amazon.com/Marijuana-Hort...1528891&sr=8-1

This should help you with very basic knowledge you need. Come to the boards afterwards and start some serious research then.
