GHS Chemdog and Kaia Kush journal
Just got a five pack of each. They came with one each of dinafem cheese and super silver, which I'll probably pop with these.
I be germing 3 of each in sunshine mix #4. Using GH flora series then switching to maxibloom with koolbloom liquid and powder. Gonna add one unknown bagseed and one rez dstrawd and see what I get. Wish me luck! |

Good luck! :p lol
Didn't know dinafem done a cheese... A mate had good results from a blue strain they have.

Thanks for stopping by Shhh..
Unfortunately, Cheese didn't pop yet.. Good to hear positive vibes about dinafem All of the others popped and were put in shot glass size cups of the sunshine. Btw I must have been tripping the other night. I put all 10 of the greenhouse seeds, PLUS the freebies in paper towels so I'm gonna be dealing with a jungle under my single 600 watt light. Two of the chemdog cracked but don't have the same strong tap root a the others. I could just barely see the white peeking through the side. But I'm confident that they will sprout as vigorously as the others. I be posting some pics when they break ground, for now time to sit back and enjoy some recently picked prophet!

Wow man this forum is dead. GHS you guys don't have a good forum ANYWHERE. I've checked. The strain hunters site is a joke, honestly..
Still. I'm growing your beans, I hope you are not offended by this Just wanted to post a couple pictures of the packs and the seeds germinated. Both the Kaia Kush and the Chemdog were a really odd color brown. More like clay/mud colored than the dark brown or gray color with black striping you usually see. No striping on these babies. It was weird. For some reason I was reminded of tobacco... Well, here are the shots! I was a little worried about this big, light colored chemdog seed. Didn't have any problem cracking And heres what you like to see when you buy seeds. One more pic of the freebies. Wow.. This is supposed to be unbelievable? I like gypsy's idea better (spread these freebies around). |

Alright guys, time for an update.
Still pretty boring around here. Seedlings are looking nice except for a few runts. I baby my runts, though. I figure that one pheno that I throw away could be my keeper! Here's some shots for ya Chem are all lookin pretty nice so far Got the Kaia Kush with the runt bitch And heres some closups of my runts. The first one is the Kaia runt, the other is the FMS Super Silver runt. I'm bout to just throw the SS, though Alright now here is my unknown bagseed that I'm probably gettin rid of. Don't really like the way she looks, plus the bag wasn't all that great. And lastly heres my DstrawD. I almost hope I get a male so I can use its pollen to make some more seeds. Honestly wasn't too impressed with these beans, but I think Its cos I took them at 80 days vs 100 or so. We'll see! BTW I think I threw the Cheese out accidently when I was cleaning up everything. Oh well, doubt it was much of a loss looking at the SS |

Yer how are those chems coming along? You'll be happy in about 10+ weeks from now bruh trust me
mine are smelling dizank!! I'm gonna chop in 3 weeks (9 weeks bloom total) but if you can veg yours out long enough and hang in there taking em all the way I'm sure you'll get some nice plants as I've had a ton of issues with mine and they're still putting out some fire smelling buds!

Alright, I'm finally back for an update, so its gonna be long!!
Had some stuff going on recently. Got married! Good stuff.. I let these girls go for a while because I wanted to let the Kaia Kush catch up enough to make some clones. Too bad, its a lost cause. Maybe I'll be able to take some mid flower, but these things just do not want to branch. I tried leaning them over a little bit but damn woody stems. Only 2 of them made it, and they still have a hard time rooting. I do have 1 more, but its with the clones and still in a dixie cup until it can show me some nice roots! These have generally been a PITA and lacking vigor, but I'll give it a chance. I'll try not to judge until I sample ![]() The Chemdog on the other hand produced wayyy too many clones lol these things are monsters. I still have more lower branches that need trimming I'm just afraid of doing it all at once. These plants are the shit, and are starting to stink horribly (good). These plants also grow FAST. I put these babies in flower about 1 week ago. Just gave the Chemdog their first feeding 2 or 3 days ago after about a month in the Sunshine Mix. I gave them per gallon: half tsp Maxibloom (5-15-14), 1-2 ml rapid start, and 8ml Hygrozyme. Seems to be working out alright. I try to be cautious about feeding, but I think I'll try watering with 1 tsp next time, then plain water after that. I don't think I'm going to use Koolbloom powder, rather some kind of K supplement (would kelp work?) since the Maxi has lots of P already. And if anybody has any good advice or suggestions, please let me know!! Thanks for stopping by! |
