hey fellow fishermen im off out to spain on the 4th july booked myself 4 days catfishing and carp fishing on the ebro .
hopefully i will land plenty of cats and carp .
atm the cats have just finished spawning and are on the munch .
on wendsday,thursday,friday 3 guys had landed 31 cats to 157lb and 17 carp to 43lb, 39lb and 37lb and the rest high 20s.
i will be taking my laptop just hope theres wifi i will post up each night in this thread . if theres no wifi i will go to a internet cafe .
im also going to have a go at spinning and lure fishing for zander and black bass ive only ever had 1 zander in 30 years fishing and that was only 2lb and neva had a black bass before.

so please wish me tight lines for my ebro trip .

catfish on the munch . looks like i will be useing a sack of halbut pellets a day lol . it isnt going to be a cheap 4 days pellets are 50euro a sack lol .

now thats a fish!! always wanted to go fishing for catfish.you should go to france if you want big assed catfish. they got some real monsters over there. good luck bro, hope you catch a monster.

Nice... hope you the best of luck! Im more of a Bass fisherman myself, But When I bait fish I prefer to fish for Sturgeon and Stripped Bass. Good Luck. Catfish do have one hell of a bite though. I can always tell when I'm getting a catfish bite compared to a sturgeon or stripper.

Lukky Bugger, hope ya land a monster, i cant think of a better sport tbh,

Ill be trotting for salmon, or fishing for anything worth catching. Id luv to get into a big Cat/Carp though anytime, fair Scrap.
(my biggest Zander wasnt a monster either, only ever had 2 vampire fish, they dont get pike big anyway, about 4.5lbs, thought it was a nice trout/grilse at first, its different everywhere.)
