Hey All,
Me and a bud of mine will be taking a 3 week vaction in Europe starting May 17th. We plan on going to Amsterdam (of course) as well as a few places in France (my bud is origionally from France and has a house where we will stay a few nights). Other than that our trip plans are still up in the air. If anybody has any suggestions about what to do or where to go that would be awsome. I was thinking Switzerland, Germany, Italy, or Spain. Also, I think we will be going to the Dam almost right away. I would like to bring some greenery with me on the rest of the trip. What are the trains like, and is it safe bringing a small amount (half ounce) with me? If so, what would be the safest way to carry the goods?

hey.

take ur time to see adam. real great city to spend even longer times. there are also other citys in holland u could visit. rotterdam, denhaag...

germany is not that far away from holland... so u could visit for example cologne. it's near the frontier of holland. cologne's full of gay peeps, but never mind. its a trip worth anyhow.

traveling by train, won't be any stress. custom sometimes check also trains, but if u have less with u, u won't have anything serious to fear from german custom/police. don't drive stoned.

esp. in cologne and near the dutch frontier less amount won't get u into troubles.

maybe i should explain... less amount means bout 10 - 15 grams at most. (1oz =28,35 g).

france and italy - i do not know much about french/italy custom and police. maybe someone else will answer that.

Hey GIG - I've just returned from a 25 day venture... Nov - Dec.... Holland, Germany, Switzerland.
Although Amsterdam is a very Kool city and deserves more then just a couple days to see that's foresure, if you get a chance check out Switzerland... the Alps are just gorgeous!

Thanks for the input, I will be in the Dam for at least 1 week , but I feel that I should make it to some other countries since this is myy first trip to Europe. I think it would be nice to make it to Switzerland, but dont really know where in the country to go. I heard Zurich is not really thatn nice and really expensive. Anyways, if anybody has any input on any place to travel and things to do in Europre it would be appreaciated.

CZ is really cheap and has some nice gurls mate. Worth a looksy. As the other people said Germany is very nice too. beir can be had at a resonible price in Germany. Well take it easy on your trip and stay safe. Don't stay at a hostel in Brakislava.

My roomates girlfriend just got back from studying abroad in Prauge, and had a lot of good things to say about it. I don't think, however, that I will be going there as my mate isnt too enthused about it. Anyway we have France and the Netherlands locked down and are thinking about one or two more countries. We will be getting a eurorail pass for 3 or 4 countries to make the travel easier. Any general travel tips and ideas for our 3rd and maybe 4th country would be sweet. Switzerland sounds sweet, what is the bud situation there now. I knew a couple years back you could buy it some shops as incense/potpourri bags.

Germany can be very harsh regarding cannabis products, just depends were you wanna go.

My tip: Do not try to smuggle anything out of Holland, or better, try not to brake too many laws when you're abroad
