Hawaii Caregiver/patient number ?
-Didn't really need to post entire section, but among highlighted area Section IV letter B, it states a caregiver shall only be responsible for the care of ONE qualified patient at any time. Does any one have experience/ further knowledge on the subject as to why it is limited and if there are exceptions to patient number allotment? Also there is a part which talks about the patient AND caregiver, at same time, must never go over the pre-agreed upon amount of medicine, it seems like it would be almost impossible to keep your harvest at a perfect amount as well as keep a supply back stocked to re-supply your patient. Thanks for your help-Basket
IV. CONDITIONS OF USE (REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS) A. A qualifying patient must have a registry identification certificate from the Department of Public Safety that identifies a patient authorized to engage in the medical use of marijuana, the patient's physician, the patient's designated primary caregiver, if any, and the location of the authorized marijuana plants. |
