I am in California and am considering growing over 99 around 156 to be exact and was curious your thoughts on the situation.....I have my card for CA medical, and a co-op certificate so I can grow as many as 99, but I am still over that, I consider myself safe with my techniques, but still, am I an idiot? LOL

Otherwise just be illegal grow 1000+ but don't do it under the guise of medical marijuana and make the medical community look any worse...
This is the major problem with the Cali Med Industry... Everyone's got a business plan but no fucking ethics... No ethics and operating outside the medical marijuana laws= Drug Dealer trying to look legit...
I don't necessarily agree with the current medical marijuana laws personally... But truly ill people fought for them and don't need any worse of an image...

Second would be why you are doing over 99..greed? Maybe think about your priorities and what you want out of life. If you think doing over 99 is ok for you, then you may as well go really big, so you can afford good representation if you need it.

in the bay area, your not going to be prosecuted federally. a more conservative county or area, you may be charged federally....

I wouldn't put myself out there. Its way to risky for me....I complain to my business partner whenever he buys more than half a P off a vender. I don't even like having over 6 P's of dried flowers at a time. I tell him to buy in 25% of a P at a time. Some call me paranoid but I like to play safe....

going over 99 basically means you are rolling the dice..you might get lucky and catch state charges like KB and some of my other friends....400 plants got my buddy 1.5 years felony probation and a nice blemish on his record...if that went federal he would be lookin at 5 years and you gota serve 80percent i heard..

the chances of the case going federal is relatively slim but you never know....like i said, GAMBLING.

my only advice is to get as many scripts as possible...collect yourself a nice 20 or 30, start donating free buds to legit sick patients and ask them to testify on your behalf if you ever get raided...keep most of your cash in a seperate spot, and no ak-47 assault rifles in the grow...


also depends what county....if you are in socal in a conservative district i would for sure stay under 99...i sometimes skirt the limit simply because i am in pot growing central theres thousand plant grows right down the block for all i know stealing power and doing some real illegal shit...
