Oregon is MMJ friendly if you can deal with the rain. I moved up here from Laguna Beach 23 years ago. The rain can be tedious at times.........

Thank u for your response cc I hear Portlands pretty badass. Many cool waterfalls and rivers and 4x4.

I live in the Portland metro area. Pretty laid back - like anywhere else if you find a need for excitement and thrills at the hands of the local police they're more than willing to help you find your special place.
Good restaurants, museums, nightclubs, counter-culture, etc. "Keep Portland Weird" is a mandatory bumper sticker. That and Birkenstock sandals if you're going to hang out in the Hawthorne District. CC |

My wife and I are also planning a move - though it keeps getting pushed back. We might just stay in our state, but our possible locations are Oregon, Colorado and Washington.
All have their ups and downs - but it seems like the Seattle area, or the Portland area is where we are leaning. If I had to decide today - it would be Portland. |
