Anyone have any knowledge of what the story is with guerilla growing in Ireland?

Looks like its taking off big time in the UK with some of these new varieties.

You never hear of any busts for guerilla - am I right in thinking its safer than doing it in yer back garden?

Its a compelling thought - just planting em and leaving em to fend for themselves, coming back four months later.

Hiya Grandad

Guerrilla/outdoor growing is making headway over here for sure, i can only recall a handful of busts over the years for outdoor growing.

Is it safer than growing in your back garden or inside your house, hard to say really.
Your still going to have to get the plants to the site and a few bags of soil or amendments and then come harvest time either carry or drive around with stinking fresh cut buds in the car, lets not forget these road side tests for drug driving are coming in soon so we can expect the guards to be stop happy around harvest time no doubt.

Plant and forget is a wonderful idea but it's a bit hard to not want to go check on things and a bit of a feed and spray with serenade every now and again would be necessary.

Yeah there is a small risk - it'd be hard for them to prove anything if you were just out for a walk. It becomes a bigger risk if you have a few plants at home aswell - this is the problem with it imo

True enough, I wonder what the procedure is when they find plants....do they just chop them down or do they leave them and pop by every now and again hoping to catch someone?

Id recon with more than a few,they would wait,they will report it,someone will ask them the size,etc,they know roughly when we harvest the dicks will wait.Depends on how much time they have,any if pulling them gives them satisfaction or not.
Use tape on ur feet,be causious when nearing the site amd dont leave any rubbish of any kind lyin about.
This will be my second attempt.

I dont want to sound parinoid but if you plant alot i recommend you leave your mobilephone at home when you cheak your plot just a tip
