Start of April I ordered off the bay a pack of fractual's c99, I have wanted to grow this strain for some time now n it is hard to resist at $40 a pack, but I still have not seen those beans

So I have given up on that lot n placed a order on the boutique for another pack, in the meantime was wondering if anyone can post some pics for me to get by until I can get my hands on some fractual c99 beans.

Ganesh said in this forum that he used Mosca Negra C99 F1 seeds to make his F2. You can find pics and threads with info on the C99 F1 in the Mosca forum. I know how it is, I'm also waiting on some C99 from the bay and some Deep Strawberry Diesel. Oh and it's Fractal not Fractual

Well done m8, hope they turn out nice for ya.

My pack from the bay was despatched from them on the 5th April, I have given up on that pack as I also had a order go missing that week from another seedbank, that seedbank has sent out another order for me but seedbay can't so had to order another lot.

YESSSSSS a order has arrivied with Fractal C99 F2 seeds...Like the packaging with the slice of hose there Ganesh...Im already organized for the next grow but the 1 after that i will run these beans n be back here to do a grow report.

Bad germ rates on the c99, might want to be careful when ordering/germing them... Got 0 for 6, still have 4 left but I'm not sure how to go about making them germ correctly??? Everything else did just fine, from Anna C to Res, hell, even Sam's Freebies! These however, 0 for 6, just not cool. Then I look around and another seed of his also has germ issues? $40 is a great price for seeds, that actually work. When they don't, well, $40 is rather expensive....

Im really sorry for that. I test all the seeds before shipping them to the bay. It's the first time i heard bad germ rates on the C99.
However, i believe in you, since you are a experienced grower and you had good results with other seeds.

Since this is westg journal, i ask you to open a new thread, and describe in detail your process on germming the C99 seeds. I'll ask you to post pics as well.

Also, send me the details of your order via PM.
After this, i'll send you another C99 pack for the trouble.

No worries mang, I just looked back at the post, it was sort of dickish. Especially to post it twice like I did with out waiting for a response first. I apologize for not bringing the subject to light in a more humble manner. It's no excuse, but I've been extremely stressed out about practically everything in my life right now and have been on edge.

That said, I'm doing a test with the remaining 4 beans as I type this. Dropped them into a cup with a second cup containing five super lemon haze beans. 24 hour soak and into papertowls they went. I then put them into a ziplock which seems to hold the moisture in the paper towel without drying out or becoming too wet, over the years I've figured out that you at most need to wet the towel once after the initial time (i usually change to a fresh paper towel if I do this wetting) before a seed sprouts and is off to the races. I then put them into a dark black baggie and into my humidity dome with clones, only because the heating mat is below that, set to a comfortable 72 degress, of course with a couple layers of tray in between. Anyhow, the 5 SLH have tails after the soak and one additional day in the paper towels. Looks like they'll be in the dirt within another 2 days. If, and only if, after two weeks in the set up I have, they don't sprout, then shoot me that free pack. If the 4 sprout, I'll just keep one of the males on hand and when I get the love shack breeding (i.e. strain specific pollen chucking) is up and going then I'll just take em to F3 and beyond.

I'll go ahead and grab some pictures tonight of the seed arrangement as well as the new spot so you can see that I'm not a beginner. Thanks so much for being a nice guy about my dickheaded way of bringing up a topic. Best - Blink
