A friend of mine from around that area was telling me recently that the law have been raiding growers...mainly outdoor.... serving no warrant and taking the weed.

Then going into the towns and selling it on. He said it was due to the recession bullshit.

The people who it was taken off apparently heard no more about after the law had gone. ie no court date, no arrests, no nothing

He said this had been happening last year.

Im just wondering if anybody has heard of anyhting like this or is it all a load of waffle

Most of what you hear of the cool mountain area is complete nonsense. I doubt there are anymore growers there, then anywhere else in the country.
