Leaving for A'dam in 4 days!! What to do?
Well this is my second time back to A'dam. I will be over there after some time in some other places. Last time I was staying near the Rijksmuseum, about 17 blocks from central, close to the fashion district.
The best shop near me was like 5 blocks but was the Dampkring(the one featured in Ocean's Twelve). They had good hash for a good price. 4/20 cafe had pretty good bud specials and I like the vibe of the shop. This time I will be staying in Central, a couple of blocks from Red Light District, close to the Dampkring Pink Floyd and what not. So what shops do you recommened for hash or bud? I found the quality of bud wasn't that great last time I was there and feel I grow better bud than most of the shops I experienced. Just looking for some real good hash and if possible some nice buds. Maybe a place with unique vibes for my dad to experience. Also what is the best route of transportation? I have fibromyalgia so extensive walking is painful. Buses were difficult last time, since we don't speak the language. Bicycles seemed to be the best bet, but we are kind of interested in going by water bus. What is the general consensus on these? I hear you could smoke on some. Any advice would be much appreciated!

hey big ballin,
me and a few friends checked (as always when we're in the dam) few shops during the 420icmag gathering. we visited grey area, dampkring, voyager, noon, mellow yellow, paradox and anyday. missed the katsu again as i heard really good things about it. all in all there have not been one single weed that blew our mind or surprised us. the shoreline in grey area was quite nice but totally overpriced (14-15€/g). mellow yellow is always a visit worth, best coffeeshop in town to me. i really like their sleaze. then there were some nycd at dampkring for 8€/g, guess it's the mandarina cut. the smell is lovely, a fruity mandarine-like punch hits your nose .. but the smoke is horrible. just plain metallic and chemical. no flush, no proper drying. typical cs weed. ![]() the ssh from paradox was also quite nice. was the first smoke, 1hour after i arrive in the dam. had only 2hours of sleep before the flight, so the ssh totally knocked me out. ![]() if it comes to hash i would avoid the cs as it's even harder to find good one in the shops. try to contact mr.haze or soma instead. hope i could help u a bit. ![]() greets, randa

The 4/20 kush was good at the 4/20 cafe. Bens cafe had some good herb to but I forget what I got but if you ask the guy for the most stone you wont be disappointed but if your a grower, you will find near equals or worse for the most part.
Best hash I had came from some local kids I was smoking by at a cafe. |

I'd go for cheap HOOKERS ($13us last time I was there)
But you have a GOOD time and be safe

Smoothest burn and taste from coffeeshop buds last month for me was found in Club Media, down in De Pijip area. They specialise in selling 100% organically grown buds. As a bonus prices are also a touch cheaper than Centrum, particularly when you go for 5g deals.
Voyagers near the station also had some good tasting, smooth burning buds - their OG 18 was reasonably potent too, but city centre expensive.. |

The White Choco of the dampkring is always pretty good and fairly priced. The Mango Haze (DNA) from the Blues Brothers is quite good but at 12e/g a bit expensive. You can always check out The Stones' Cafe in the RLD.
