bubblegummer and widow x big bud lst or top or scrog
I have both of these strain and 10 days old which training will work best for these to produce more

For me lst works best ! I never have succeeded to make a scrog !
With LST you keep the main stem and promote strong branches ... |

i scrogg and keep the main cola site ,either or its work.Lst the training starts sooner than later scrog you won't start training till it reaches the screen..
