inditifying old columbian
this is a old columbian variety all can say is very strong smoke from the highlands but has very diesel or petrol odors full on it is from the very south of the country where columbians are mixed with highland incas flowers 16 weeks lime green plants with red hairs very similar to gurreos mexicans but no apple smells smells like petrol its one of the biiger columbians i have found it is from highlands

Hey Russkya, very nice and love the observation about the fuel smells...I never knew that was a common smell in any columbians. I bet the tropical bred highland indica hybrids have a much different character than ones bred indoors.

no up hre alot of columbians have metal taste and smells its different from the lowlands today smoked nice red taste of metal and hash taste nice clean high buzzed

i have seen only old magazines articles,,,of columbians santa marta ,,punta rojas and purple corrintos , ihave seen lowland blaks that it in the south up in the mountains iam seeing lots of this fuel smelling columbian from the highlands its bigger thann santa martas as the drie more golden or brown the drieind more dark green to blackish or black leafs these guys here in this area are sill in the eightys was just wondering if any old growers new of this eastern southern variety out of columbia

I only have memories of the 70s and 80s colombian varieties. No two were the same. I recall a particular beetle found in bags here and there. This beetle was always in the good stuff so we didn't mind disposing of it. Kind of like good tequila / good worm.
Not much in the way of strain names other than "red bud", "gold" etc. The beetles were always in gold weed, never saw a bug in anything else. And the little devils were just as gold as the weed they were buried in.
