Can anyone recommend a good lawyer in colorado for mmj? Someone to consult for opening a dispensary?

Would recommend 'consulting' w an mmj attny, but to have an independent business attny rep you.

Gard might be a place to start though... seems to have given consistent advice to many, across time.

You can't open a MMC for the next 1.5 years. You might be able to buy an existing one though. The fire sale on MMCs is beginning. Between the IRS, DEA, State, and feds, I would NOT purchase a MMC.

Yeah I can't imagine how hard it will be to run a business and having to pay a full 35% tax with all federal write offs being void.. If that happens its over.

Colorado is a large state with numerous MMJ lawyers. Any particular region?
