Hey Dig! Thanks man, I know all too well how that goes. Glad to see ya, hope all is well.

Little update. Day 28 of flower for these girls. Started boosting them a bit, seem to be enjoying it. Things got a little rough, but doing ok now. pH-5.9-6.0, ppm ~700-720

Need to mention this, some plants put out a couple balls/nanners along their main stem about 4-5 days ago. 1 of 2 SD IBL, 1 of 2 Snowdog x ChemSour, 2 of 3 Limon IX, 3 of 5 DSD V2, and 1 of 2 LemChem. Only 1-3 were found on each, simply plucked, and haven't come back.

NOW, need to mention WHY they did this
. I've been rather busy recently, with a harvest even more so, and forgot to check on these girls for a whole week. They stretched a few more inches over that time and I immediately noticed the reservoir level dropped ~ 1/2. Knew things couldn't be good there. pH had taken a drop to ~4.9-5.0 and they had been fed ~2x at that.

Again, fed @ a pH -4.9 I'm SHOCKED they didn't freak out more. Some would be upset with this slight isssue, but it was 100% my fault. Light flush, pH corrected feed, and we're good to go. It was a decent mistake on my part, hopefully yield/quality aren't effected too poorly. Lesson to anyone unfamiliar with Chem/Sour genetics, stress em out and you'll get some male bits. Got my eye back on the ball, things should be fine from here on out.

Can't wait to see these DSD V2 & Limon finish out. The DSD look to yield huge and the Limon have great frost already.

Here are individual shots of all the girls

Day 30 of flower. Checked each plant very heavily, about a week after a couple balls, not a single male flower anywhere on any plants. Goes to show, keep your environment in check and things usually go well. 1 Limon IX was culled due to small size/slower growth was wasn't keeping up, about a week ago.

The Limon IX are smelling VERY much like lemon-lime. Definitely can smell the Sour influence, and their resin is really popping for 30 days. The DSD V2 are a KILLER mix of sour, diesel, and sweet berries. Can't really say I smell strawberries 100% just yet, but absolutely a fruity berry smell. Very excited to see them finish.

#3 - slightly smaller, got blocked out from the light a bit, moved around to get better penetration

Hey brother, all the plants are looking good, bro!!

Gotta watch the pH, especially with the coco. Nice recovery, though.

Give the DSDv2's a couple weeks (they're at ~38 days flower, right?) and you should start to get some strawberry coming through.

Lookin' good, brother!

Hey Amber! Thanks

Yeah, a week no checking pH is a big hydro no-no.

Really wasn't too bad, no more than 2 balls/nanners each from the 8-9 effected plants. All along the main stems and below the canopy. Little hick up, movingly along pretty well now.

Yup, today was day 39 flower. I can smell the Cough influence already. Never ran the clone, but after running a slew of Sour D hybrids I have a good idea what smells don't come from the diesel line. There is a fruity smell, starting to get stronger, but then again so are the diesel smells. . #1 & 2 smell sweeter, #3, 4, and 5 are more diesel than sweet. Imagine they'll start packing on weight in a week or so.

The Limon's really have my interest. #1 & 2 look great, #2 looking like my keeper so far. Fat indica leaves, nice stretch, super frosty, DENSE, and smells like skunky-sprite. Just an awesome lemon-lime funk I'm going nuts over. Can't say I've really smelled something else like it.

Gave 'em a feed of fungal ACT the other day, which they loved. Try to get some new pics fairly soon.

Thanks Azad!! Yeah, they're doing pretty well so far. Recovered from a little hick up and motoring along. Should be good come harvest time.

The Good, the Bad, the Ugly

Uhhh.......

Well, the truth may hurt, but it's the truth. Brother has a bunch of seeds forming. . All noticeable seeds are stretching their calyxes to the point of nearly opening and have decent firmness. Guessing they're about 2 weeks developed, roughly. Went over each plant very heavily, not a single ball, nanner, or male flower found on any plant.

All DSD V2, to some extent, are seeded. #4 appears to only have 2-5 seeds, while the other 4 range from moderate (~10-20) to heavy (~40+).

1 neighboring LemChem & 1 Snowdog x ChemSour have 1-2 seeds each as well, both facing the DSD V2's.

Really unsure when/how they got pollinated. My only guess is around day 23 when a few balls/nanners popped out. They must have dropped some pollen before I got there, although I didn't see any or notice any pistils dying off.

Every other plant, 2 Sour D IBL, 3 Limon IX, 1 LemChem, 1 Snowdog x ChemSour, and 1 WiFi appear 100% sensi and unaffected.

The plan right now is to finish all the DSD V2 since it doesn't appear they're getting any worse with seeds or developing male flowers......and I could honestly use the ~5 oz they should give me even if it goes to make bubble.

Certainly could be worse, but brother hates unintentionally seeded bud. Oh well, time for some bubble...

Get some shots soon enough, everything else is looking good though.

It's all good Zep!

Really believe this was my fault, caused by low pH feeds and lack of attention for a week around day 23. Had a couple stress balls/nanners on the Sour D IBL, Limon IX, and LemChem too. Whole garden got stressed, but luckily the others appear sensi so far.

The DSD had starting forming colas at this point, thinking I missed a ball/nanner at the base of a node on one or two plants and some pollen got spread. They are rather tightly packed and the tent isn't huge, so I'd imagine it wouldn't take much pollen to get the ~100 seeds I see. Some colas look pretty clean, so won't be a total loss for buds and the rest will certainly make plenty of bubble or edibles.

Besides all that, they look pretty good. #1 DSD has really bulked up and appears to be more Straw Cough dominant. Decently strong stem, big dense buds, and nice resin... .liking her looks quiet a bit. One of the ones with fewer seeds too.

Limon #2 is very impressive. Starting to purple nicely @ day 41 has great weight, and a crazy lemon-lime funk. Nice stretch with big rock hard buds. Think she'll be a 56-60 day stunner.
