i need some weight help
hello friends.
this summer i am planning to do a greenhouse grow but i need to know one important thing. i plan to grow 400 cuttings out, i am planing on keeping them 4-5 ft tall each. no more than that. and i need expert advice on how much weight (LBS) i can get from 400 cuttings of that size. cuttings would consist of different strains. mostly sativas and a few good indicas. this would greatly help me figure out my goal. thanks in advance!! |

i plan on either using 10 gallon nursery pots or going straight into the ground.
i plan of course to till the ground and add good soil like foxfarm or roots organic. and im going to be using the entire botanicare pro bloom line with all of the suplements. |

How big is your greenhouse? Your square footage would be a better way to predict how much you can hope to expect.
If you're growing 400 plants 5 feet tall, I hope you have a huuuge greenhouse. |

Well a 5 foot plant could yield anywhere from a couple of ounces to a couple of pounds, so the number of plants doesn't really give us sufficient info to predict what the yield will be.
From my experience, I think around 5 pounds for every 100 square feet of canopy is a good, reachable goal for greenhouse growing, assuming you're working with strains you're familiar with and have your greenhouse environment dialed in. |

These will have a impact on your yield
Hydro Soil Soilless Grow conditions Nutrients used and how often Pest problems Medium used. 1LB per plant is a good# to shoot for. I take care of my girls I wont get anymore then 4 oz per plant depending on strain This is indoor. Out door 1lb per is a more reasonable# to get.

400 1-pound plants would be a pretty big operation requiring a crew putting in a lot of hours.
I don't think anyone with the experience and knowledge to pull something like that off would have to ask a forum how much weight they are going to yield. If you insist on having 400 plants, i suggest keeping them smaller and more manageable. |

Yes 400 is a large grow even if the plants are kept small. I have a 5x5x10 for flower. All of my girls are kept smaller 4' of less. I should end up with 2lb or less. My main objective is quality. I also prune off the bottom branches I try to keep the canopy even not easy to do im not doing scrog/sog
