Do you really think you get better results with the machines or if you do it by hand?

The washing machines blend the ice water/trim mix very gentle. Using a hand mixer or power drill attachment will result in lower quality and more mess.

Our cup winning water hash entries (IC420 & HTCC) were both made with the above setup.

These are portable camping washing machines in combination with two 220 Micron Pyramid Filter bags per unit. Google them or check Fresh Headies or Aqua Lab Technologies.

They are indeed perfect for the job. Unfortunately I can´t tell you the specific brand since they came directly from China a couple of years back.

Be assured, most 5 gallon portable mini washing machines are well suited.

Of course you can also use bigger portable models (14gallon) or classic top loaders.
