3x600W 6'x11' Grow Tunnel.....the design is back!

Hey guys, I've been gone from the forums for far too long so I wanted to come back and show you something I threw together last year for a friend of mine.

As with all of my threads, questions are more than welcome

It all started with the construction of the 6'x11' reflector. That's right, I said it, a 66 sqft. reflector!!
As you can see, it's fully homebuilt with light sockets and PC fans installed to help evacuate heat more efficiently.

Then I moved on to the 6'x11' table. This is a recirculating SWC setup. The nutrient solution enters through four 1/2" inlets in the center of the table and returns through four 3/4" outlets which are plumbed to create a churning effect in the reservoir. The reservoir itself holds a maximum of 600 gallons if the water pump were to fail, but only holds roughly 500 gallons when the pump is running while the other 100 gallons is up in the table.

So next, it was on to making some walls to hang on the reflector and cut and install the plastic gutter support. It's there for support of the showerboard cover that I'll show you in a later post.

On to the final touches for the reservoir. I added a 25 gallon top up tank for water addbacks and nutrient addbacks. I installed a float valve to make it easier and I even installed a line running from the shower over to the top up tank with a valve to make it super easy to refill. Also installed was an 8-port air pump with 8 air stones and a Hanna continuous meter.

I finally found some rolls of mylar so I began to upgrade the reflector and walls with it. You can see the amazing difference in reflection it makes over the flat white FRP. Also shows the FRP table cover which will house 144 plants in three inch netcups with hydroton

So here's the intake box I had to make to offset my intakes location so it was workable around the grow area.

And on to the plenum box which sits on the backside of the table and is fed by a 8" Vortex Fan. The Plenum has four tubes which connect to the box and run the length of the table distributing air evenly over the entire grow area.
