I am currently experimenting with F.F.M.C. . It says it will improve the smell and taste of your fruits and veggies. They weren't kidding the bud I've grown in this mix are the most potent smelling stuff I've ever grown. Resin production also seemed to double, making it better smoke than I've ever grown too. I believe I'm going to use this stuff every grow. It has practicaly eliminated the use of liquid ferts. All ingredients are organic and come from nature and the ocean( I think anyway).Using this product has really impressed upon me the pure necessity of growing all organic in order to get the best product you can.Anyway I would recommend to anyone to try it I don't think you'll be dissapointed.

marine cuisine uses the same ingredients that are in the Ocean Forrest soil...works very very well and not too expensive either? Have you tried the American Pride?

I'm going to be using FFMC in my soil mix for my next upcoming grow, is it wise to use any added feedings to this? I use Bio-Grow (1.8-0.1-6.6) and FF big bloom for my hydro grow, but wasn't going to use added ferts to my soil until flower. Whats your opinion?

You are right Hazehead, Marine Cuisine is good stuff. My hydro guy gave me samples last year and I used it in on my veggies and they were awesome. I definitely will be using it again for my greenhouse babes.

Did you use any additional nutrients or was the Marine Cusine enough to get you through to harvest?

so how could i fit FFMC into my moonshine mix? just substitute for ocean forest?

FYI...not sure this info is 100% correct. I was told this, but not directly from FoxFarm. I will try and see if I can substantiate this..

I do want to add that MC is not 100% organic...it contains plenty of time released fertilizers that according FF can take up to 6 months to be fully utilized by your plants. You might want to hold off on ammending soil with MC if you are growing in containers plants that will be harvested within 4-6 months....it could be hard to flush.

marine cuisine is great stuff.

your plants will feed off it for a while like kokua said.....the P especially likes to stick around in soil....something to look out for especially if you use high P guano or something similar in flower.

i don't know if it was solely due to the MC, but my last soil grow with it made the dankest bud i've ever tasted....hands down.....had slight P excess but only the sensitive plants were affected. (fighting buddha) and they were the juciest....i've never tasted such strong flavor since then



has anyone made a tea out of this stuff? i bet it would be freakin' great!

hey guys...I just wanted to put out a "note of caution" om Marine Cuisine.

1st of all it is really good stuff, but VERY difficult to get dialed in.

I've used it and had GREAT results, and Ive used it and had near disasters.

when I used it Ive always used it w/ Ocean forest soil, and with FF nutrients (none of which I use anymore)...not because they are not good, just because I mix my own soils now, and switched to "Flora Nova".

...anyway..."Marine Cuisine" is a Time-released dry fert...which is what makes it hard to dial in. I used it on at least 6 grows, and generally had no problems, but the inconsistany of results with it made me not use it anymore, and I have a mostly full bag of it still.

I wish everyone luck with it who use it, and hope you get it dialed in...I just wanted to give that bit of caution.
